• Membership credits can roll over for up to 2 months but cannot accumulate beyond this period.

• Use your credits to treat a friend or family member or enjoy extra visits each month.

• Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Upon cancellation, you have 60 days to redeem any unused credits.

• Credits cannot be applied toward gift cards, products, additional services, or upgrades.

• A signature on the membership agreement, acknowledging our policies & perks, is required at signup.

• Gift cards can not be used to pay for monthly memberships. 

• Membership payments are non-refundable, and policies are subject to change with prior notice.
