Easy Peezy! Book the Rooted Essential that you think you would like along with a rooted upgrade, just in case, and choose your finishing (rough dry or no rough dry). We will do a scalp analysis, hear your goals and concerns and help pick the right Rooted Essential for you. Best news ever: as a new guest, you get 20% off your first treatment!
DO YOU OFFER BLOW OUTS?
No, we do not regularly provide full blowouts and/or styling at this time. However, we do provide a “rough dry” option by your cosmetologist. We also have a complimentary area called the “Your Way Refinery Bar”.
Pro Tip: want that rough dry every time? Join our VIP club and get it complimentary!
WHAT IS THE “YOUR WAY REFINERY BAR”?
This is a complimentary self serve station that provides blow dryers, hair stylers and our favorite high end products. This space is provided for you after your treatment to freshen up, your way. It’s the perfect way to test out our at home products as well.
CAN I LEAVE WITH DAMP HAIR?
Yes, we will always towel dry and brush your hair out for you. You can bring your own clip or we have clips available for purchase at checkout.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY FACIAL TREATMENTS?
No, we do not. We believe in mastering one specialty and excelling at it. We specialize in only scalp and head spa treatments. Need a facial though? Ask for our recommendation!
CAN I BOOK WITH A FRIEND OR GROUP?
Yes! In a busy world, doubling up on life needs is essential. Therefore, you can have a catch up, enjoy quality time with your person or have a friend gathering while getting self care. Want the space to yourselves? Ask about our private gatherings.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Unless your teen, tween or self care loving child is receiving a service, kids are not allowed due to our small space and the quality of the experience we want our clients to have. However, we are parents and understand. If you get into an unexpected emergency pickle - please contact us right away and we will take special consideration.
WHY DO I NEED THESE TREATMENTS?
Healthy hair starts with healthy roots and healthy roots come from a healthy scalp. Over time, buildup from products, oils, and environmental pollutants can clog hair follicles, leading to scalp irritation, dandruff, and even hair thinning. Our Rooted Essential Services at Dome all focus on a specific concern while addressing the common ones in each. Beyond the physical benefits, these treatments also provide a relaxing experience that reduces stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOUR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE?
As per regulation of the state board, all of our team members that perform our services are licensed cosmetologists who specialize in both skin and hair.
DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
Yes! More about this offer can be found under the “Memberships” tab or you can learn more from one of our team members. We have our ROOTS or VIP club that provides savings for all of your treatments & products. Our membership is month to month & with no long term commitment. When you get our treatments monthly, you will see a significant difference in your scalp and hair health and get that regularly scheduled self care.
